Description

Southern Burgundy offers an amazing wine-growing overview, made up of a serie of gentle hills. Located between Côte Chalonnaise and Roche de Solutré, Mâconnais region stretches along 40 kilometers. Mâcon-Burgy village is in the heart of this specific vineyard, ideal for the Chardonnay grapes.

Winemaking

Stainless steel for 8-10 months with control of temperatures. 100% malolactic fermentation.

Tasting note

A beautiful pale yellow-gold colour and an expressive nose. It reveals floral aromas and exotic fruits. In the mouth, notes of Muscat appears. A balanced wine, between liveliness, ampleness and roundness.
